HSX SilentWire Pro - Mobile - Terms of Use

1. The Service

HSX SilentWire Pro - Mobile lets you exchange end-to-end encrypted messages, files and calls with people you add. Messages pass through our relay only as encrypted data. The app is provided by Hasnain Butt Akhtar, Hasnain Studio X.

2. Acceptable Use

Do not send content that is illegal where you or the recipient live, including material that sexually exploits children.
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or defraud anyone.
Do not send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or automate accounts.
Do not choose a username or display name that impersonates a person or organisation or is abusive.
Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the relay or the app.

3. Reporting and Blocking

You can block anyone, and report a person or a conversation from the chat or contact menu. A report sends us the reported identity and username and, only if you choose to include them, the recent messages you can see in that report. Because messages are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot read conversations unless a participant reports them.

4. Child Safety Standards

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming and sextortion.
Anyone can report a person or conversation in the app (Report), or email [email protected], our designated child safety contact.
Reported identities involved in CSAE are blocked from the relay and their usernames removed. We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement, providing the limited data we hold.
The app is not directed to children under 13.

5. Enforcement

We review reports. When these terms are broken we may remove a username from the directory and block an identity from using the relay, without notice. We cooperate with lawful requests, but we can only provide the limited data we hold, described in the privacy policy.

6. Your Identity and Deletion

Your identity is created and stored on your phone. You can delete it at any time in Settings, Delete account, which removes your data from our relay as well. See hasnainstudiox.com/delete/SilentWire.html.

7. Pro Purchase

SilentWire Pro is a one time purchase handled by Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play policy. Pro features may change; the features listed when you bought it remain available.

8. No Warranty and Liability

The app is provided as is. Encryption protects message content, but no system is perfectly secure, and a message can be lost if a device is lost or wiped. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
