Privacy Policy

WorkX Suite is a productivity app for Android with three modules, XPDF, XDOC and XMATH, and a document assistant that works on this device. Everything you open or create stays on your device unless you save it elsewhere or share it yourself.

• We have no account system and no sign in.
• We do not collect, transmit, or sell your documents.
• The app contains no advertising or analytics service of ours. Google's on‑device ML Kit components send Google limited diagnostic data, described in section 4.

All viewing, editing, text recognition, translation, assistant answers and WorkX AI answers happen on the device.

Personal Identity Data

No name, email, sign‑up, or account of any kind.

Your Documents

Your PDFs, Word, text, Excel and CSV files never leave the device unless you share or save them yourself.

Location and Contacts

Location and contacts are never requested or accessed.

Camera and Biometrics

The app does not use the camera or biometric sensors.

No server ever receives your documents, so they cannot be uploaded even by accident.

Recent Files

The name, size and last opened time of recent files, in app‑private storage.

Working Copies

WorkX Suite edits its own copy of each file you open, plus any exports you make from it. Closing a file, or removing it from the Files list, deletes its copy.

App Settings and Logs

Theme, reduced effects, language pack settings, the WorkX AI model once downloaded (removable from the WorkX AI screen), and a small local activity log (up to about 2 MB, with file names) used for troubleshooting. The log is never sent anywhere.

Local Licence State

Whether the Pro unlock is active and when it was last confirmed, plus the Google Play purchase token while a purchase is waiting to be confirmed.

This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the app. Earlier versions could store an API key for an online AI provider; that feature is gone and any key left behind is deleted on the next start.

Purchase Validation

When you buy or restore Pro, and about once a week afterwards to re‑confirm it, the app sends the product id, the Google Play purchase token and the app package name to a Hasnain Studio X validation endpoint, which checks the purchase with Google Play. No documents and no personal data are included.

Language Packs

When you choose to download a language in Settings, Languages, the app shows its size (about 30 MB) and asks first. Google Play services then fetches that language model; the request names the model, never your documents. Downloads can be restricted to Wi‑Fi and removed on the same screen. Translation then runs on the device.

WorkX AI Model

WorkX AI (Pro) needs a one‑time download of about 1.1 GB. The app shows the size and asks before it starts, and Google Play delivers the file like any other part of the app. After that, every summary and answer is worked out on this phone. Your documents, questions and the answers are never sent anywhere, unless you choose Report, which opens your mail app with the answer for you to review and send.

Google ML Kit Diagnostics

Google's ML Kit components for text recognition and translation send Google device and app information, an installation identifier, performance and error details, and the languages used, for diagnostics and usage analytics. Google encrypts it in transit and does not share it with third parties. Your documents and text are not included.

Fonts

The app typeface (Inter) is downloaded from Google Fonts on first use and kept on the device. Exporting a PDF that contains non‑Latin text downloads the matching Noto font from Google Fonts. These requests carry your IP address and standard request headers to Google, never your documents.

Opening the website, this policy or the contact email hands off to your browser or mail app, which have their own policies.

Pro is a one‑time, non‑consumable purchase processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles the entire payment flow.

• We never see or store your card number or billing address.
• We do not receive your Google account information.
• Our validator receives only the product id, the purchase token and the package name.

Internet

Used for purchase validation, language pack and WorkX AI model downloads, font downloads and Google's ML Kit diagnostics. Never used to send your documents.

Files

No storage permission is requested. Files you pick in the Android file picker, or share into WorkX Suite from another app, are opened one at a time, and Save to device writes only to the place you choose.

WorkX Suite is a general audience productivity app. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

This policy is updated whenever the app's data behaviour changes, and the effective date and version at the top are updated with it. The current version corresponds to WorkX Suite 1.3.0, effective 6 October 2026. Any change will remain consistent with our core principle: your data stays on your device.

Reverse engineering, repackaging, decompiling, modifying signed builds, or redistributing the APK or AAB without written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable copyright and computer misuse legislation.

Only builds published to Google Play under the publisher account "Hasnain Butt Akhtar / Hasnain Studio X" are genuine. Side loaded or third party builds are unauthorised and unsupported.
