Privacy Policy

SpatiaX Ultra Mobile applies spatial sound modes, a 10-band equaliser and a limiter to the audio your phone plays. All processing happens on your phone. There is no account, no cloud and no ads, and we never sell or share your data.

1. Overview

Audio effects are applied on your phone in real time. Your audio is never recorded, stored or uploaded.
We have no servers that store your data, and no account is needed.
The app contains no analytics, advertising or crash reporting service.
We do not sell, share or monetise user data.
The few network requests the app makes are listed in full in section 4.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

SpatiaX Ultra Mobile does not collect, store on a server, or send us any of the following:

Personal Identity

No name, email, phone number, address or account.

Usage and Analytics

No telemetry, tracking or advertising ID. The app shows no ads.

Audio and Microphone

No audio is recorded or stored. The microphone itself is never used.

Location

No GPS or device location is read.

We have no servers that receive your data.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Sound Settings

Your sound mode, equaliser bands, Night mode and the appearance you choose.

Presets and Device Profiles

Presets you save, and the sound setup remembered for each output device, such as your earbuds or car.

Pro Purchase State

A local Pro flag and, while a purchase is being confirmed, its Google Play purchase token, so Pro works offline.

This data never leaves your device unless you export a preset file yourself. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android settings, deletes it.

4. Network Requests and Third Party Services

Purchase Verification

When you buy or restore Pro, the app sends the Google Play purchase token, the product id and the app's package name to our verification service, which checks the purchase with Google Play. Nothing else is sent, and the token is not stored by us.

Fonts

On first use the app downloads its typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.gstatic.com) and keeps them on your phone. Google sees your IP address for that download.

Links You Tap

Links to our website, email or Google Play open only when you tap them, in the app you choose.

All requests use encrypted HTTPS. No advertising, analytics or crash reporting service is included.

5. Google Play Purchases

Pro is a one time purchase handled entirely by Google Play.

Card and payment details never reach the app or us.
We do not receive your Google account information.
On start the app asks Google Play which purchases this account owns, so a refunded purchase is removed. This check happens between your phone and Google Play.

6. App Permissions

Microphone (Record Audio)

Live meters only, asked when you turn them on, after an explanation. Android requires this permission for apps to read the sound the phone is playing; the microphone itself is not used, and nothing is recorded or stored.

Notifications

Shows that the sound engine is running, asked once after an explanation. The engine works whether or not you allow it.

Audio Settings and Foreground Service

Apply the sound effects to your phone's audio output, and keep the engine running while you listen to other apps.

Purchase verification and the font download in section 4.

Declining a permission only turns off the feature that needs it.

7. Children's Privacy

SpatiaX Ultra Mobile is a general audience utility. It is not directed to children under 13 and collects no data from any user.

8. Policy Changes

This policy applies to SpatiaX Ultra Mobile 1.10.0 and later, effective 6 Oct 2026. When the app's data behaviour changes, we update this page, its version and its effective date in the same release.

9. Copyright and Tamper Protection

SpatiaX Ultra Mobile, its source code, design, brand identity, and all associated assets are protected by copyright. Reverse engineering, repackaging, decompiling, modifying signed builds, or redistributing the APK or AAB without written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable copyright and computer misuse legislation.

Only builds published to Google Play under the publisher account "Hasnain Butt Akhtar / Hasnain Studio X" are genuine. Side loaded or third party builds are unauthorised and unsupported.
