PC BenchX Ultra is developed by Hasnain Studio X with a local-first, privacy-first design philosophy.
Hardware detection, benchmarks, health monitoring, the buyer's inspection and the PC surgery diagnosis all run locally on your device.
PC BenchX Ultra does not collect, store on our side, or send any of the following:
No name, email, phone number, address, or identifiers.
No telemetry, crash analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
Your hardware details, benchmark scores and health readings are never uploaded. There is no online leaderboard or result database.
Camera pictures are shown on screen during the camera test only and are never saved. Microphone test audio is deleted as soon as it has been played back.
No GPS, IP-based location, or device location.
We do not run servers, so nothing can be uploaded even by accident.
Theme, accent, test length and other preferences are saved in the app's own folder on your device.
Finished runs are kept locally so you can compare them. Each run stores the measurements, a short hardware summary and the conditions it ran under. You can delete runs at any time.
Reports, data files and share images are written to your Documents folder only when you choose to export or save them.
Storage benchmarks and the capacity check write test files to the drive being tested and remove them when the test ends. Leftovers from an interrupted test are removed the next time the app starts. Your own files are never read, changed or deleted.
A small text log of app errors is kept locally to help diagnose problems. It is never transmitted.
Managed entirely by the Microsoft Store. The app reads it locally; we receive nothing.
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it and share it yourself.
PC BenchX Ultra is a paid app with a Microsoft Store managed free trial. All licensing, payments, and transactions are handled exclusively by Microsoft.
The app reads processor, memory, storage, graphics, display, battery and sensor information, device status, start up entries and counts of error events from Windows, all locally, to measure and diagnose your PC.
Used only while the camera test window is open, to show the live picture so you can check the camera works. Nothing is recorded or saved, and the camera closes with the window.
Used only when you start the microphone test. It records a few seconds to a temporary file in the app's own folder, measures the level, plays it back to you and deletes it straight away.
Only when you select Elevate, the app restarts with administrator rights after Windows asks you to allow it. This lets it read drive health data such as wear, power on hours and media errors. It changes no system settings.
Off by default. If you switch it on in Settings, the app starts with Windows so health monitoring is ready. You can switch it off in the app or in Windows settings.
Used only for the Microsoft Store licence check and to open the Store page or our website when you ask. The app sends no data to us.
PC BenchX Ultra is a general-purpose utility tool. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect any data from any user.
If this policy changes, we will update the version and effective date. Any changes will remain consistent with our core principle: Your data stays on your device.
