HSX Creatorix does not collect, store, or send any of the following:
No name, email, phone number, address, or identifiers. The app has no account of its own.
No telemetry, crash analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. The app contains no analytics library of any kind.
Screen recordings, microphone takes, webcam footage and exported videos are never uploaded to us, retained by us, or used to train anything.
A portrait you choose for the talking presenter is read from where it sits on your PC. Face finding runs on this PC through Windows and nothing about the picture is sent anywhere.
No credentials, no browsing history, and no system logs.
No GPS, IP-based location, or device location.
We do not run servers for this app, so nothing can be uploaded to us even by accident.
Recordings, projects, narration takes, title presets, the speech model and your ambience library are kept in Documents, HSX Creatorix. Exports and thumbnails go to the folder you choose, Videos, HSX Creatorix unless you change it.
Your mode, accent ink, reduce motion switch and the list of recent projects, stored in small files in your own app data folder.
Managed entirely by the Microsoft Store. The app reads it locally; we receive nothing.
Exports and automatic captions write working files to your temporary folder while they run.
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export, share, or publish it.
The app makes only the connections listed here. Every one of them is disclosed.
A licence query to Microsoft when the app starts, to establish whether you are in the trial or own the full version. No content and no personal data is included.
Only if you press Download speech model, the app downloads a public speech recognition model file from Hugging Face. The request carries no content from you. Captions are then made on this PC and your audio is never sent anywhere.
Apart from the two above, and links you deliberately click, the app makes no outbound connection of its own. Recording, lip sync, captions and export all run on this PC.
HSX Creatorix is a paid app with a free Microsoft Store trial. All licensing, payments, and transactions are handled exclusively by Microsoft.
The app requests internet access and standard desktop permissions. Permissions are used solely for app features and never for data collection.
Only while you record, and only the screen or window, the sound, the microphone and the webcam you chose in the recording setup. Windows privacy settings stay in control of the microphone and webcam.
While a recording runs, the app notices mouse clicks and key combinations so it can draw click rings and show the shortcuts you press in the video. It watches only during the recording, and nothing is kept apart from what the video shows.
Its own folders, plus the files you choose to import, such as recordings, portraits, music, logos and icons. The app does not scan your documents, your pictures, or your drives.
Screen capture, voice clean up, voice effects, lip sync, face finding, automatic captions, thumbnails and video export all happen on your own PC.
HSX Creatorix is a general-purpose creative tool. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect any data from any user.
If this policy changes, we will update the version and effective date. Any changes will remain consistent with our core principle: Your data stays on your device.
