Delete Your Account

You can delete your HSX SilentWire Pro - Mobile account and every piece of data our relay holds for it.

1. Delete in the App

Open the app and go to Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.
The app removes your keys, username, push token, queued messages and uploaded attachments from our relay, then erases everything on the phone.

2. Without the App

If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from any address with your SilentWire username and ask for deletion. We remove that username and the relay data linked to its identity within 30 days. Because there is no login, we cannot confirm who you are, so we only delete; we never share data in response to these emails.

3. What Is Deleted and What Is Kept

Deleted: your public keys, username and display name in the directory, push token, messages waiting for delivery, and attachments you uploaded.
Not held by us: your messages and contacts live only on your devices and on the devices of the people you talked to.
Kept: reports you sent or that were made about you may be kept for up to 12 months for safety enforcement. Relay data that was never collected is purged automatically after 30 days in any case.
