HSX PixUnica is developed by Hasnain Studio X with a local‑first, privacy‑first design philosophy. Every picture is generated on your own PC and never leaves your device.

1. Overview

HSX PixUnica is developed by Hasnain Studio X with a local-first, privacy-first design philosophy.

  • We do not collect personal data.
  • We do not transmit any data to external servers.
  • We do not operate servers for our apps.
  • We do not sell, share, or monetize user data.

All generation and all processing happen locally on your device.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

HSX PixUnica does not collect, store, or send any of the following:

Personal Identity Data

No name, email, phone number, address, or identifiers.

Usage Data or Analytics

No telemetry, crash analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.

Your Content or Files

None of the prompts you write, none of the images you supply as a starting point, and none of the pictures the app generates.

Sensitive System Data

No passwords, tokens, credentials, browsing history, or system logs.

Location Data

No GPS, IP-based location, or device location.

Your Prompts and Pictures

No prompt you write and no picture the app generates is collected, uploaded, retained after the session, or used to train anything.

We do not run servers, so nothing can be uploaded even by accident.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

App Settings

Your preferences, theme, accent, and output folder are saved locally on your device only.

Everything You Make

Your prompts and the pictures produced in a session are held in memory for that session and are gone when you close the app. An image you supply as a starting point is read only and is never modified. Finished pictures are written to disk only in the output folder you pick yourself.

Local Cache

Your chosen art look, quality mode, accent and the switches on the Settings page, stored in a small local settings file. Nothing else is kept.

Local Trial or Licence State

Managed entirely by the Microsoft Store. The app reads it locally; we receive nothing.

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it.

4. Microsoft Store Licensing

HSX PixUnica is a paid app with a free Microsoft Store trial. All licensing, payments, and transactions are handled exclusively by Microsoft.

  • We do not process payment information.
  • We do not store payment details.
  • We do not receive your Microsoft account information.

5. App Permissions

Minimum Required Only

HSX PixUnica requests only the minimum permissions required for core functionality. Permissions are used solely for app features and never for data collection.

File Access

Only what you hand it: the prompt you type and any image you open with the file picker or drop onto the window, plus the output folder you choose for finished pictures. It never reads your screen, and never opens a file you did not choose.

On-Device Processing

Reading the prompt, composing the scene, painting it, refining faces, enlarging and exporting all run on your own PC using its CPU and graphics card. Nothing is sent anywhere to be generated or processed.

Network Access

Used only for the Microsoft Store licence check. The app makes no other outbound connection, and needs no internet at all to generate a picture.

6. Children's Privacy

HSX PixUnica is a general-purpose creative tool. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect any data from any user.

7. Policy Updates

If this policy changes, we will update the version and effective date. Any changes will remain consistent with our core principle: Your data stays on your device.
