HSX MorphLora is developed by Hasnain Studio X with a local-first, privacy-first design philosophy.
All restyling and all processing happen locally on your device.
HSX MorphLora does not collect, store, or send any of the following:
No name, email, phone number, address, or identifiers.
No telemetry, crash analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
None of the photos you open, none of the wording the app builds around them, and none of the pictures it makes.
No passwords, tokens, credentials, browsing history, or system logs.
No GPS, IP-based location, or device location.
No photo you open and no picture you make is collected, uploaded, or used to train anything.
We do not run servers, so nothing can be uploaded even by accident.
Your preferences, theme, accent, and output folder are saved locally on your device only.
Every picture the app makes is written to a folder on this PC so you still have it next time. You can open that folder from the Settings page, and the files stay there until you delete them. Deleting one from the app sends it to the Windows recycle bin, so you can restore it yourself.
Your chosen mode, accent, style, look and the switches on the Settings page, stored in a small local settings file. Nothing else is kept.
Managed entirely by the Microsoft Store. The app reads it locally; we receive nothing.
So that the before and after comparison keeps working after you tidy your own folders, the app copies each photo you restyle into its own folder on this PC, beside the results. A photo you paste from the clipboard is written there too, because the app needs a file to work from. You can switch this off in Settings under "Keep the photo beside the result", and you can delete the folder at any time. These copies are never uploaded.
A small file on this PC listing the pictures you have made, and for each one the recipe that produced it: the morph, any second treatment, the strength, the seed, any words you added, and any tag or collection name you gave it. It exists so the Library page can find your work again and reuse a recipe. It is never uploaded, and deleting a picture removes its entry.
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it.
HSX MorphLora is a paid app with a free Microsoft Store trial. All licensing, payments, and transactions are handled exclusively by Microsoft.
HSX MorphLora requests only the minimum permissions required for core functionality. Permissions are used solely for app features and never for data collection.
The photo you choose, drop on the window, or paste from the clipboard, and the folder the app saves its own results into. It never reads your screen, and never opens a file you did not give it.
Reading your photo and redrawing it both run on your own PC. No photo you open and nothing you make is ever sent anywhere to be processed.
Used only for the Microsoft Store licence check. The app makes no other outbound connection, and needs no internet at all to make a picture.
HSX MorphLora is a general-purpose creative tool for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect any data from any user.
If this policy changes, we will update the version and effective date. Any changes will remain consistent with our core principle: Your data stays on your device.
