HSX MobileLab Pro is developed by Hasnain Studio X with a local-first, privacy-first design philosophy.
Every reading the app takes from a connected handset is processed on your own PC and written only to the workspace folder you choose.
HSX MobileLab Pro does not collect, store, or send any of the following:
No name, email, phone number, address, or identifiers.
No telemetry, crash analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
No serial numbers, hardware identifiers, app lists, files, messages, photos, or anything else read from a handset you connect.
No passwords, tokens, credentials, browsing history, or system logs from your PC.
No GPS, IP-based location, or device location, from your PC or from any handset.
We do not run servers, so nothing can be uploaded even by accident.
Your chosen theme, accent, workbench options and workspace folder are saved locally on your PC only.
Backups, snapshots, reports, logs and pulled files are written to the workspace folder you choose, in a folder per device. Nothing is written anywhere else.
Hardware, software, battery and app readings are held in memory while the app is open and are only written to disk when you ask for a snapshot, a report or an export.
Managed entirely by the Microsoft Store. The app reads it locally; we receive nothing.
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it yourself.
HSX MobileLab Pro is sold as a paid app with a free trial. All licensing, payments, and transactions are handled exclusively by Microsoft.
The app declares internet access and full trust desktop access. Full trust is required because it runs the bundled device toolchain as a separate local process.
Only the workspace folder you choose and the individual files you pick. There is no background scanning of your PC.
The app only talks to a handset you have physically connected and approved on the handset itself. It cannot reach a device that has not granted it access.
The bundled toolchain runs a background service on your own machine (127.0.0.1) to manage device connections. It is local to your PC and reaches nothing outside it.
If you choose wireless pairing, the app connects to your handset over your own local network. That traffic is between your PC and your handset only, and never reaches us.
Used only for the Microsoft Store licence check, and when you click a link to open our website in your browser.
If you use HSX MobileLab Pro on a handset belonging to someone else, the data you read, back up or export is that person's personal data, and you are responsible for handling it lawfully.
HSX MobileLab Pro is a general-purpose technical utility. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect any data from any user.
If this policy changes, we will update the version and effective date. Any changes will remain consistent with our core principle: Your data stays on your device.
